I stay here often and the staff are always very pleasant also the location is close to many stores, restaurants and other things to do!!!

The hotel is a great location for a great price . It is so close to any restaurant or shopping of your choice ! It is located on 41 in great proximity to downtown Ft Myers , Cape Coral , I75 . The room was very clean and the staff was exceptional. There is no fancy lobby , coffee maker or free breakfast but if you’re looking for a great priced , clean room and convenient location this is the place !

Got an upgrade to a king suite on the second floor, which apparently isn't available online, and that was very spacious. The outside walkway overlooked the pool and the river behind that. Very quiet as that room was on the backside.

Newly renovated room. While there was a lot of new there was a lot of the old within the renovations. The beds were very comfortable.,

Price is good for what you pay. No amenities but at that price who cares.
